Dharmesh Mehta, M.D.
Dr. Dharmesh Mehta is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician who has been part of Atrium Medical Group since 2013. He completed his medical education in India and went on to finish his Internal Medicine residency training in Maryland.
His clinical practice is diverse, with affiliations at the Cleveland Clinic (Euclid, Hillcrest/Mentor) and University Hospitals (Lake, Tripoint). He provides his Primary Care Services at his offices in Willoughby, Mayfield, and Euclid and accepts new patients.
Dr. Mehta serves as Medical Director for several Skilled Nursing Facilities, where he plays a key role in advancing standards of care for geriatric and post-acute patients. He also serves as Medical Director for Hospice, guiding an interdisciplinary team in delivering compassionate end-of-life care. Additionally, he contributes to academic development as Adjunct Faculty at Kent State University College of Nursing, where he supports teaching and mentorship. He remains deeply committed to patient-centered care and improving quality outcomes across all care settings.
Beyond his clinical responsibilities, Dr. Mehta has been an active leader in the broader medical community. He served as President of the Association of Indian Physicians of Northern Ohio (AIPNO) in 2021, promoting professional growth among healthcare providers and supporting community health initiatives. He became Chief of Staff at Euclid Hospital in 2022 and currently serves as Assistant Department Chair. His professional accomplishments were recognized in 2022 when Cleveland Magazine named him among its “Best Doctors.” In 2025, he was honored with AIPNO’s Distinguished Physician of the Year award.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Mehta enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and spending quality time with his family.
